Research's INDUSTRIAC Series of Linear Accelerators operates on
a simple, reliable, standing wave design, with a removable electron
gun and target for easy replacement of both the cathode and the
target. Simpler construction also increases reliability and reduces
the comparative purchase price from 20% up to 70%.
INDUSTRIAC Linear Accelerators
are available in 2,4, 8 and 10 MeV models for electron beam systems,
non-destructive testing via X-Ray radiography, CT and real time
inspection on parts with thickness from 1/2" to 12 inches. Higher
energies are available on request.
These rugged, powerful, compact
units are built to withstand tough industrial environments. The
simple design, use of fewer parts, and smaller size results in easier
maintenance and radically reduced down time. All maintenance and
repairs are supported by a national link of independent service
organizations. Availability is generally four months.
