Innovative TopiX Innovative TopiX L & W Research, Inc. or fixed facility has revised the design of the products in 2004. The Cargo Xcanner™ is a mobile cargo container imaging system component. The system is based upon our field proven PORTAC™ - Portable Linear Accelerator. The e-ProX™ (patent pending) is a portable or fixed facility design for x-ray and electron beam cold pasteurization. The e-ProX™ is capable of cold processing of complete pallets of food products. The design is the world's first truly portable cold pasteurization system. The International market has recognized the PORTAC™ as the world leader in portable linear accelerator applications. Its optional focal spot size at . 5 mm is the world's smallest available worldwide for linear accelerators. New options with high output, high pulse rate, or multiple energy are also available. A severe cold weather modified RadioXcopic™ system has been field tested in Alaska with excellent results. Applications for the system continue to expand including polymer, pilings, power poles, rubber and ceramics. Research into system advancements will include changes to improve image quality with arrays and low energy sensitivity. Corrosion under insulation and parent material identification imaging techniques continue to provide excellent results in the field around the globe. e-Beams™ development continues to expand with additional composites applications. Cold pasteurization is a very important developing technology with food safety and security issues becoming very important worldwide. Recent FDA approvals and expanded use of e-Beams™ technology for cold pasteurization is resulting in an ever increasing demand for these systems.
